Ordering & Payment Policies


Who can order?

HeartSmart.me is designed and intended for Australian residents, but overseas customers can also order. Please note that all amounts are shown in Australian dollars, and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

How do I order?

Please note that orders can be made most quickly online. Alternatively, email, fax and phone orders can be accepted. In some circumstances, We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

To order online:

  1. Click on the online shop on the HeartSmart.me home page
  2. Select product/s
  3. Enter the required quantity and click on "Add to Cart"
  4. When all required items are selected, click on "My Cart"" to review Your purchase/s
  5. Amend if necessary and click on "checkout" when correct.
  6. If You are a HeartSmart.me registered member, enter Your user name and password; otherwise click on "new user".
  7. New users will be required to fill out all mandatory fields before the transaction can take place.
  8. Enter Your credit card details and Your order will be completed.
  9. You will receive an automatic email confirming Your order.

To order by email:

  1. Complete the online order form with your product, delivery and payment details
  2. Click 'submit'

To order by fax:

  1. Complete the online order form with your product, delivery and payment details
  2. Click 'print'
  3. Fax to the number shown on the order form

To order by phone:

  1. Call HeartSmart.me on (toll free number to be advised)

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

If for any reason You wish to cancel or amend Your order, please contact Us at info@HeartSmart.me or (toll free number to be advised).

What if the item I want isn't in stock?

If Your item is not in stock, We will automatically place a back order, and email You with an estimate on when the item/s will be available. We will also offer the option to cancel Your order.

Can HeartSmart.me decline or change my order?

Yes, please note that We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason after We receive it. We also reserve the right at any time, and without providing prior notice, to supply less of an item than the quantity ordered. In the event that We can’t fulfil Your order, We will refund the difference back to Your credit card.
